Before applying, brush your hair while it is still dry to detangle it, remove impurities and thus increase the action of the shampoo.
Wet hair thoroughly. Spread throughout hair, massage gently to emulsify. Rinse.

If you are used to sulfate-based shampoos, your scalp will tend to become oily again more easily the first few times you use this shampoo. You will need to use it about four times before you can fully enjoy its natural benefits.
