Shipping policy

Beauty Atelier undertakes to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, ensuring an efficient and secure service.

However, during periods of high order volume or for reasons beyond our control, delivery times may be delayed.

Estimated delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination of the order, as indicated below:

- Germany: Delivery between 3 and 5 days - Cost from 18,00€.

- Mainland Spain: Delivery between 24 and 48 working hours - Cost from 4,99€.

- Portugal Mainland: Delivery within 24 working hours - Cost from 3,90€.

- Islands (Azores and Madeira): Delivery between 5 and 15 working days - Cost from 9,99€.

Delivery time starts from the confirmation of payment. Orders paid after 16:00 hours will be processed the next working day.

Any delay in delivery, within the indicated deadlines, does not entitle the customer to compensation or indemnity.

If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect data provided by the customer, absence at the place of delivery or unjustified refusal of receipt, Beauty Atelier reserves the right to charge new shipping costs or deduct such amounts from any refund of the order.

If, for any reason, a product ordered is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be notified and may choose to wait for stock to be replenished, replace the item with another available item or request a refund of the corresponding amount.

Beauty Atelier's responsibility for the delivery of the order ends when it is dispatched. Any incidents or damage caused by the carrier must be reported immediately and the customer must follow the guidelines indicated in the Deliveries, Returns and Refunds section of these Terms and Conditions.
